No-start and hot no-start faults, shutdowns, fuel supply, cooling flow, impellers, shutdown sensors and output problems on onboard marine generators.
Scheduled generator service
Oil, filters, impellers and cooling service to the manufacturer interval, plus load testing so you know the set will carry the boat when you need it.
Bow and stern thrusters
Weak thrust, intermittent operation, thermal shutdowns and contactor faults can all look the same from the helm. We test the motor, drive, controls and supply where the failure actually happens.
Battery supply and controls
High-current equipment depends on healthy batteries, cables, fuses and connections. Testing voltage under real load is often the difference between finding the fault and replacing good parts.

Before you book.
Why does my generator shut down after running for a while?
Often it is cooling: a worn impeller, a restricted intake or a clogged heat exchanger trips the shutdown. Fuel supply and failing sensors are the other usual causes. We test before replacing anything.
My bow thruster is weak or slow. Is the motor bad?
Not necessarily. Low supply voltage, a tired battery, a corroded cable or a sticking contactor all cause weak thrust. We measure the supply under load first.
Do you service generators on larger yachts?
Yes. Tell us the generator make and model when you request service so we arrive prepared.
